On January 30, 2020 (just before all the COVID-19 burst out ) I attended the International Taste Awards’ ceremony; to receive four medals: Gold, for my rose truffle Layla, two silver, for Shahrazad and my spread ChocoRola and one bronze for the most recent of my chocolate creations, Lasures Orange. A surprise was waiting for me after the official dinner, when the president of the organisation, Simone Massenza announced that my Layla, received the one and only Judges’ Award!
