Inspired by Greek antiquity, paring the rich purple wine from Archean black grapes of Mavrodaphne with flecks of dried figs from Kymi, on the island of Evia.

This dark chocolate ganache is infused with Mavrodaphne wine rendering to it hues of dried fruits and cinnamon , while finely chopped dried figs punctuate its spicy sweetness, adding intervals of subtly crunchier texture. All these mellow flavors are enveloped by Equatorial 55%.
