Gianduia-  with a twist: A more subtle creaminess than its traditional famous ancestor from Piemonte. Two different dark Valhrona chocolates and chopped roasted hazelnuts from Turkey, render a crunchier than usual texture to the chocolate. Valhrona’ s cocoa is sprinkled on top to give a slight “bitterness” to the mellow sweeter body.
