In 2008, a friendly push by my graphic designer, Marco Pennisi, made me take the jump and change careers. I decided to follow my “creative” heart and switch from communications- always in my heart – to chocolate creation and making people happy via my chocolates.

In 2018, I celebrated with my friends and clients the first decade of this endeavor.

Panagiotis Kokalas, the elected “sommelier of Brussels”, for the past five consecutive years, a Belgian- born, of Greek origin talented professional, with his colleague, Luis Pinheiro tasted some of my favorite chocolates and went on with mouth-watering and unforgettable pairings.
